Patient Background: A 75-year-old patient with degenerative lumbar disease requiring posterolateral fusion.
Procedure & Graft Preparation: TriForm™ was hydrated and combined with autograft and BMA, then packed into the PLF bed with standard posterior approach and screw fixation.
Radiographic Timeline:
• 6 weeks: Early callus formation noted; graft well-contained within fusion bed.
• 6 months: Robust bridging bone visible across the fusion site.
• 12 months: Complete arthrodesis confirmed radiographically; no complications.
Outcome: Marked improvement in mobility and pain metrics; no adverse events reported. This case highlights TriForm™’s reliability in elderly, higher-risk patients.
